Welcome to Shanti's Lounge. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (shantislounge.com) and the purchase of products from Shanti's Lounge, a veteran-owned, New York State Licensed hemp and CBD retailer located in Peekskill, NY.

By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Age Requirement

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to cancel any order and refuse service if we believe the purchaser does not meet this age requirement. Age verification may be required at checkout and upon delivery.

2. Products

Shanti's Lounge sells hemp-derived CBD tinctures and topicals. All of our products:

• Are derived from hemp and contain less than 0.3% THC by dry weight, in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill and New York State regulations.
• Are manufactured and tested in accordance with applicable state and federal standards.
• Come with Certificates of Analysis (COAs) from independent, third-party laboratories, available on our Lab Reports page.

We do not sell smokable hemp products. Our product line is limited to CBD tinctures and topicals.

3. No Medical Claims & FDA Disclaimer

The information provided on our website, including product descriptions, blog posts, and educational content, is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new supplement or wellness routine, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medication.

4. Ordering & Payment

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Shanti's Lounge.
• Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Stripe and/or Authorize.net.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. Providing false information may result in order cancellation.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, violations of these Terms, or product unavailability.
• Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

Military Discount

We proudly offer a 20% military discount to active-duty service members, veterans, and first responders. Use code SERVE20 at checkout. Proof of service may be required. This discount cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, product names, designs, and software — is the property of Shanti's Lounge or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shanti's Lounge, its owner Chris Williams, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, misuse of our products, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Dispute Resolution

We believe in resolving issues directly and fairly. If you have a dispute with Shanti's Lounge, we encourage you to contact us first at support@shantislounge.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.

If informal resolution is not possible, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Westchester County, New York. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
