Shanti's Lounge ships hemp-derived CBD tinctures and topicals across the United States to states where these products are legal. As a New York State Licensed hemp retailer, we take compliance seriously at every step of the shipping process.
1. Shipping Zones
We currently ship within the United States only, to states where hemp-derived CBD products are legal under state law.
Important: Hemp-derived CBD regulations vary by state. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order are legal in your state. If we cannot verify legality in your shipping destination, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for orders requiring age verification at delivery.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment confirmation and age verification.
During peak periods (holidays, sales events), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates and begin after the order has been processed and shipped. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, weather, and your location.
Free shipping may be offered on orders over a certain threshold during promotional periods. Check our website for current offers.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.
If your tracking information hasn't updated within 48 hours of receiving your shipping notification, please contact us and we'll investigate.
5. Age Verification at Delivery
All recipients must be 21 years of age or older. An adult signature may be required at delivery.
In compliance with New York State regulations and our commitment to responsible retail, we may require age verification upon delivery. The delivery person may ask the recipient to present a valid government-issued photo ID confirming they are 21 or older.
If no eligible adult is available to sign for the package, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility for pickup. Packages returned to us due to failed age verification will be refunded minus shipping costs.

6. International Shipping
At this time, Shanti's Lounge does not offer international shipping. We ship within the United States only. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage (both the product and outer packaging). We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you. See our Refund Policy for complete details.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors and any secure delivery locations at your address.
- Wait 24-48 hours, as packages sometimes show as delivered before the final drop-off.
- Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.
- If the package is still missing, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit (no delivery scan), we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Due to varying state regulations on hemp-derived CBD products, we may be unable to ship to certain states or territories. Orders placed from restricted areas will be cancelled and refunded in full.
We reserve the right to update our list of eligible shipping destinations at any time to remain in compliance with changing laws and regulations.
