At Shanti's Lounge, we take pride in the quality of our hemp-derived CBD tinctures and topicals. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, this policy outlines your options for returns and refunds.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible products.
Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted. The return window is based on the delivery date confirmed by the shipping carrier's tracking information.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unopened & Sealed: The product must be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging.
- Original Condition: The product and packaging must be undamaged and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or Used Products: Any CBD tincture or topical that has been opened, used, or had its seal broken.
- Products Without Original Packaging: Items returned without their original packaging or labels.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards or promotional credits are non-refundable.
- Sale or Clearance Items: Unless defective or damaged in shipping.
We understand this may be disappointing, but because our products are ingested or applied to the body, we cannot resell opened items. This policy protects the health and safety of all our customers.
4. Refund Process & Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, here's what to expect:
Inspection
We inspect the returned item within 3-5 business days of receiving it.
Approval
You will receive an email notification with the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Issued
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days from our approval notification, please contact your financial institution first, then reach out to us.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we want to make it right immediately. In these cases:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide photos of the damaged or defective product and packaging.
- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
We will either send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund (including shipping costs) โ your choice. You will not need to return damaged or defective items.
6. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@shantislounge.com or call (914) 930-8276 with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive return authorization โ we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Ship the product back using the provided instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Await confirmation โ once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Please do not send returns without first contacting us. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed.
7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures the fastest processing time.
